Refund and Returns Policy for SnugNapo

At SnugNapo, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns and provide refunds under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
Please note that sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Packaging: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements for a return.
3. Refund Process
Upon successful approval of your return:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed once the return is received.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once we receive the item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or worn.
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items.
- Personalized or custom products.
- Gift cards.
7. Late Returns
Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund. If you miss the return window, we will not be able to process the return or issue a refund.
